In our hotel you will find Locanda di Edi D'Astolto: Edi's first own restaurant, where craftsmanship, hospitality and high-level cooking come together.

A small number of tables, personal attention and dishes where Italian cuisine speaks clearly. Here it's all about taste, origin and the pleasure of sharing a meal.

02 — The cook

A life in
the kitchen.

Italian chef Edi laid the foundation for his craftsmanship at the renowned Villa Santa Maria hotel school in the Abruzzi region. This historic culinary school is known for its classical cooking techniques, discipline and product knowledge.

Afterwards, Edi gained international experience in leading kitchens in London and Rome, including under Alain Ducasse, Marco Pierre White, Alberico Penati and Enrico Derflingher.

Pure, generous
and surprising.

In his own locanda, Edi cooks pure, generous and surprising dishes. He works with fresh local products, organic ingredients and the best of the season.

From pesto, pasta and sauces to bread and desserts: virtually everything is crafted in-house. No unnecessary frills, just honest dishes with hearty Italian flavors.
