Italy has hundreds of native grape varieties, each with its own dialect, landscape and story.

At La Locanda we deliberately choose exclusively Italian wine. Well-known classics stand alongside unique finds from small regions and complement Edi's seasonal kitchen — from light aperitif to elaborate dinner.

In the north we find refinement, freshness and structure. Central Italy brings Sangiovese, tradition and elegant strength. The south and islands give sun, volcanic minerality and Mediterranean richness.
